Recital for the Bouddi Foundation for the Arts

Alyse Faith performed a very special recital for the Bouddi Foundation for the Arts and their guests in a beautiful home in Killcare Heights, NSW, Australia on 11th August, 2019. The Casey House provided a stunning backdrop to the afternoon soirée with ocean views. During the intermission, the audience members enjoyed wonderful food and wine as well as a Q + A hosted by Patrick Brislan with Alyse.
Alyse played an exciting program alongside pianist Jo Allan, which included
Lensky’s Aria from the Opera Eugene Onegin by Tchaikovsky, W.A. Mozart’s Rondo in D Major, K. 184, Syrinx for Solo Flute by Claude Debussy and Franz Schubert’s, The Introduction and Variations in E minor on the Song Trockne Blumen for Flute and Piano. Alyse chose to play Chanson de Matin by Elgar (arr. by William Bennett) as an encore, giving the recital a reflective close.
Alyse was thrilled to play for the event. The Bouddi Foundation have generously supported Alyse with a grant to contribute towards the costs of her Master of Arts degree at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Alyse will be commencing her second year of the degree this September.
